Lisa Blossman is publisher of New Orleans Publishing Group (NOPG), which includes New Orleans CityBusiness and the Daily Journal of Commerce. Having spent her entire 30-year career with NOPG working her way up through various positions including account executive, sales manager and vice president, Blossman illustrates the success that comes with years of dedication to a single company and strong relationships.
Blossman’s career has also included leadership roles with The Dolan Company, the parent company for NOPG, on its advertising and circulation boards in addition to serving as chair of the company’s advertising board. She also leads training company wide for Dolan’s Integrity Selling program.
Blossman is heavily involved in New Orleans business community and served as the chairman of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce in 2014. She is still active on the Chamber board, is an executive board member for the Anthony Davis Foundation, and on the board of governors for Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans. Blossman is a past board member for the Alliance of Area Publications, St. Tammany Parish Tourist and Convention Commission, Leadership Council of United Way St. Tammany, the Junior League of Covington and The Parenting Center of West St. Tammany. Blossman is also a 2010 New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute graduate.
