Young Leadership Council Announces AOS Interior Environments as the 2018 Title Sponsor of its Wednesday at the Square concert series

NEW ORLEANS – Young Leadership Council (YLC) has announced a new partnership with AOS Interior Environments, a New Orleans-based commercial interiors supplier, as the 2018 Title Sponsor for its annual YLC Wednesday at the Square concert series.

AOS is the largest provider of commercial furnishings, prefab interior construction, and storage solutions in Louisiana and Mississippi, and has been serving the region for more than 42 years.

“AOS Interior Environments is delighted to announce our Title Sponsorship of the 2018 Wednesday at the Square season,” said Shelby Russ, AOS President and CEO. “Our team is proud to partner everyday with an architecture and design community that is as inspiring as the city from which we hail. In turn, we believe it is our responsibility to give back to the community by donating our time, talents, and treasure to further the arts and culture that fuels that inspiration. By committing to organizations like YLC, we have the chance to make a profound and deep impact on this incredible place we all get to call home.”

“We could not be more excited to begin our planning with AOS for the 2018 Wednesday at the Square series,” said Stephanie Powell, YLC Executive Director. “We wish to sincerely thank AOS for their support of YLC’s volunteer-led community service projects and its mission to develop leadership in young professionals through community service.”

YLC is nearing the end of its 2017 Wednesday at the Square concert series, which began on March 15 and ends May 24. The season has featured well-known artists, including Anders Osborne, Tank and The Bangas, Irma Thomas, Christian Scott, Marc Broussard, PJ Morton of Maroon 5, Flow Tribe, George Porter Jr., Jon Cleary, Kermit Ruffins, and more.

Proceeds from food and drink sales at each concert benefit YLC’s community service projects, which are designed to improve the quality of life in the Greater New Orleans area and foster leadership skills in young professionals. The Wednesday at the Square concert series is free and open to the public.
