2021 YLC Role Model Awards to be Rescheduled
Outstanding New Orleanians to be Honored at Future Event
NEW ORLEANS, LA – September 15, 2021: Regretfully, YLC will not be holding the Role Model Awards Gala event on Saturday, Sept. 25th. After careful consideration, we have decided that we should not hold such an event at this time. This was a difficult decision for the Gala committee and YLC leadership to make, but we have concluded that it is the most responsible decision.
We were unable to hold the Role Model Awards Gala in 2020 and were looking forward to bringing the event back this year. We are still committed to honoring the 2021 Role Model class and will find a safe and meaningful way to do so. Individual ticket holders will receive a refund.
We will continue to share the stories of our 2021 Role Model class on social media and look forward to celebrating with them at a later time.
