Annually since 1986, YLC has selected a class of outstanding New Orleanians who serve as Role Models by actively contributing to the betterment of the Greater New Orleans region. These individuals are an inspiration to YLC’s young professional members and to the community at large.

Greg Feirn spearheaded the creation of LCMC Health, a five-hospital system including Children’s Hospital New Orleans, Touro Infirmary, University Medical Center, the New Orleans East Hospital, and West Jefferson Medical School. Having served as both CFO and COO, today Greg leverages over 25 years of industry experience as CEO, where he is focused on developing a health system that can truly serve the diverse needs of the New Orleans Community. With a mission to provide the highest quality care for every patient, Greg is dedicated to ensuring LCMC Health grows with an emphasis on innovation, personalized care, and the adaptability needed to succeed in a changing healthcare environment. 

Originally from Wisconsin, Greg has fully immersed himself in the New Orleans community, playing key leadership roles in a variety of NOLA programs, including acting as Chairman of the Metropolitan Management Corporation, and serving on the boards of Greater New Orleans, Inc., The Business Council of New Orleans and the River Region, the Louisiana Hospital Association, and ShareCor. He’s also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Orleans Metropolitan Hospital Council Finance Committee, Child Health Association, and the Center for Corporate Innovation.
