Tiffany Delcour is the Chief Operations Officer for New Schools for New Orleans. She is responsible for Facility and Asset Management, Capital Planning, Child Nutrition, and Information Technology. Before joining the District, Tiffany served as the Assistant Superintendent of Operations for the Recovery School District. Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Methodist University and her Masters of Science in Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Tiffany is committed to the continued promotion of educational outcomes for all students, investing in critical infrastructure, advancements in public health and ensuring emergency preparedness is an ongoing priority for our system. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Tiffany also serve as the Board Chair for Luke’s House, a free clinic in the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans, and as the Vice Chair for the Touro Infirmary Foundation, LCMC.
